Zambezi Explorer Signature Lounge Dinner Cruises affords guests a great experience of both the Zambezi sunset tranquil and the quiet dinner on the Zambezi river. Snacks and drinks are served as the you begin the cruise around 5.30pm just in time to witness the magical sunset. the upper Zambezi boasts lush riverine vegetation, prolific birdlife and abundant game. Guaranteed sightseeing of hippos & crocs, often elephant are seeing swimming across the river in search for greener pastures on the islands.

As the sunsets, the roaring sounds of hippos, birds and other wildlife species takes over marking the beginning of your unforgettable dinner cruise on the Zambezi River. A delicious three course dinner  is served on-board.  The advantage of the dinner cruise is that it combines both the sunset cruise and the dinner cruise….GREAT SAVINGS!!!!

The Zambezi Explore Signature Lounge

The Signature Lounge offers an entirely unique venue and food and beverage experience, providing a spectacular setting on the premier vessel above Victoria Falls. The menu is designed to provide a choice of fusion platters including, seafood, meats, fine cheese and a charcuterie range of cured and smoked meats and accompanying condiments. For the more traditional diner the Signature Lounge offers meal choices of salmon, beef, chicken and venison.

Once The Zambezi Explorer has docked after the sunset cruise at approximately 6.30pm, passengers on the boat may elect to stay on board to enjoy dinner and drinks, and the Signature Lounge will open its doors to walk in guests, subject to availability. The Signature Lounge is an ideal meeting place at the end of the day for tourists and locals alike as it is an affordable yet sophisticated alternative meeting place as the sun sinks into the Zambezi River.

As the sun sinks into the Zambezi River the Signature Lounge comes to life. Background music fulls the airways to provide a relaxed atmosphere in this beautiful setting as platters, wine and signature cocktails are served.

In the tradition of fine lounge venues, the Signature Lounge will be serving ranges of cocktails including, Martinis, Long Island Iced Tea, Cosmopolitans and Pina Coladas. However the Lounge has become well known for its range of signature Mojito cocktails including:

• The Mediterranean served with a mango infusion
